Jeff Ferry Partner
Jeff has over 30 years of banking and investing experience.
He joined Goldman Sachs in March 2004 as a founding member of the Specialty Lending Group platform in the US and has been very active in the domestic and global data centre investment practice and as well as the TMT sector in general, investing through a wide range of structures (senior debt, second lien, mezzanine and preferred and common equity capital) in the infrastructure sector to support leveraged buyouts, growth capital, recapitalizations and other financings.
Included in some of these investments were start-up/growing companies like ViaWest, Datapipe, Cologix, Root Data Centers, AirTrunk and most recently Elea Digital Data Centers in Brazil. Jeff retired from GS in January 2023 and currently serves on the Board or as an advisor to data centre/AI platforms in Brazil (Elea Digital), India (Neevcloud) and Israel (MultiDC).
