Oliver is a recognised leader in the digital infrastructure industry with a successful track record of creating and scaling world-class operating enterprises, principally in Europe and Asia.

With Jonathan Berney he previously co-founded and was CEO of Chayora, personally raising and structuring equity commitments of c.USD $700m over nine separate rounds. He was also Co-Founder and Chairman of Via Novus / Osprey Charging Systems raising over GBP £120m equity over six rounds where he remains an NED.

Osprey is now the third largest EV rapid charging network in the UK and undergoing another round of multi-hundred million equity investment. Based on his 40-year experience, he also supports business Chairman and CEOs as a Professional Senior Advisor, mentor and Non-Executive Director, both directly and through FCA regulated Morphose Capital Partners.
